  • Course is certified by the IVR (Institute of Vehicle Recovery) and satisfies PAS43, NHSS 17 & other compliance and contract requirements

  • Maximum of 4 spaces available on each course 

  • Following your request we will contact you to confirm all necessary details you can then reserve your space/dates.

  • Each course will award a VR06 (Transporter) certificate as a minimum, you can also include VR05 (Under lift - Spec lift) if required

  • Option to use your own recovery/transporter vehicle - the details of the vehicle used will be included on the certification

On successful completion of this course, certificates are provided, 
by the IVR (Institute of Vehicle Recovery), which meet compliance requirements including HSE, NHSS 17/17(b) & PAS 43.

This course can also count towards Driver CPC training hours if requested at time of booking.

This course includes the essential knowledge and practical skills required for anyone who uses a recovery vehicle/transporter and associated equipment.

(Day 1 Classroom/Practical - Day 2 Outdoor/Practical)

Correct Loading and Unloading of a vehicle
Winching resistance calculations
Practical time loading and unloading vehicles with winch
Can also include to suit your needs...
Use of other equipment including winch assistance straps and winching blocks
Recovering over turned vehicles / damaged vehicles
