On successful completion of this course certificates are provided and the candidate will become a registered roadside technician, accredited/recognized by the IVR (Institute of Vehicle Recovery), National Highways Sector Scheme NHSS 17/17(b), PAS 43 and HSE (Health & Safety Executive)

The 'Core Modules' include the essential Health & Safety, Customer Service and Roadside Assessment practical skills and knowledge which are required for anyone working in a breakdown assistance/recovery role.

Correct approach, parking and safety precautions at the scene 
Roadside / Recovery H&S law and best practice guidance
Risk Assessment
Duty of care
Smart Motorways procedures
Working with other proffessionals on scene (Poilce, Highways..)
Customer Service & Safety

2 Day Course - (Or 1 day course to cover VR3 Roadside Assessment Only)
(Day 1 Classroom - Day 2 Classroom/Outside Practical)
This course can also count towards Driver CPC training hours if requested at time of booking.
